Your plan is tailored to your specific needs and goals. I also provide nutrition guidance for training, a strength routine, and cognitive skills and techniques to assist with building discipline, self-compassion, mental robustness, and inner-confidence and belief. Anyone can provide you with a sheet that tells you how to do these things. For most of us, that is not what we are missing. Your plan will be created to provide you with focused, consistent support and guidance while you work on reaching your goals.
Beyond the personalized weekly coaching plan, there will be two 1-hour sessions per month where we can discuss anything you’d like. These sessions are meant to be the most important part of the coaching relationship; it is where we cultivate and maintain a space for the things which really matter to you. A strong physical practice is built alongside a strong inner practice to foster a steadfast and compassionate relationship between our minds and bodies. This is the space where we work together to help you improve those relationships, expand your self-confidence, and achieve your goals.
$300 / month
