Dynamic weekly plan tailored to your specific needs. I also provide nutrition guidance for training, a customized strength routine, and cognitive skills and techniques to assist with building discipline, self-compassion, mental robustness, confidence and belief.
. Anyone can provide you with a sheet that tells you how to do these things. For most of us, that is not what we are missing. Instead, a relationship where an on-going dialogue and support can take place is much more useful. We will work together to help you reach your goals and create the conditions for your success, however you define it.
Beyond the personalized weekly coaching plan, there will be two 1-hour sessions per month. These sessions are the most important part of the coaching relationship; it is where we cultivate and maintain a space for the things which really matter to you. A strong physical practice is built alongside a strong inner practice. This is where we work together to navigate challenges, learn new skills, celebrate success, expand your self-confidence, and pursue growth.
